Why I Started HCBU™

I've spent years watching talented people become disengaged, creative minds get stifled, and bold ideas die in meetings. I've seen it happen to colleagues. I've felt it myself.

With an MBA and NLP training under my belt, I kept asking: why do so many workplaces make people feel less human, not more?
